Losing it

My husband wants a contest.  He is good looking as it is, but he wants a reason to lose body fat.  So, I’m starting at 22% body fat, he’s starting at 15.5%.  By the end of May, whomever loses the most body fat wins.  If I win, he has to build me a book shelf.  If he wins…. I can’t say.  But I’m sure you can guess.

So, week 1: Here is my weight loss menu.  The dinners are the same as the menu for my family.. but the rest isn’t.

So, here goes:  If it all turns out, THEN I’ll post my before and after pics.. otherwise, I don’t really need the world to see my “before” backside!
