A food log of a healthy mom!
Anyway, this morning I started at the gym. I did 50 minutes of cardio and then strength training. Tons of lunges, I hope I feel that tomorrow!
I’ve got a lot on my to do list this morning, so I mixed up an Amazing Grass Shake. Some berry/ veggie powder, strawberries, flax oil, and soy milk.
My to do list includes
- CLEANING !!! My dad’s coming to town.
- Groceries!!
- Bill paying
- blogging
- laundry
- Finding a chemistry video lecture online.
- organizing my primary binder
- helping TJ “makeover” erica’s room
- and now walking with Sarah cause she just IM’d me
