Saturday- Easter cookies

I went to the gym first thing this morning and had a great cardio interval workout.  Then I got home and ate egg whites with mushrooms and a banana:

DSC_1917 DSC_1918 Meal 3 was my favorite chicken breast with sweet potato.  Well, just the sweet potato was my favorite.  DARN!! I JUST DELETED THE PIC!!

Then, I made Easter cookies! I couldn’t let a holiday pass without making cookies. But I was pretty good.  All afternoon, I only ate 2.  It wasn’t until evening, that I ate two more.


DSC_1933 For dinner, we had salad, and baked won ton’s.

DSC_1937 But then, we went to my sister-in-law’s for the evening, and she made yummy belgian waffles with strawberries, chocolate, and whipped cream.  I guess you could consider this my free afternoon evening!  Can I be strong tomorrow for Easter, or is it going to be another two-day, free-day?  Do I even WANT to be strong?  Not really.  There will be some yummy food tomorrow!
