I ran 4.5 miles yesterday morning. I was so excited. I ran the whole thing with absolutely no pain in my hip. I hope its gone forever. I’m a little worried that the long runs (more than 6 miles) is too much for me. I’ll find out Thursday when I plan a 7 miler. If I can continue one long run a week without getting sore, maybe I’ll do a full marathon!!!
I spent the day at school yesterday. I only have two classes on Monday. One at 9:30 and one at 1:00, but because its 25 miles away, there is no point in coming home in between. Which was a bummer yesterday because my kids didn’t have school! (teacher work day). I had to hire the neighbor girl to babysit, just so I could go to school. Lame!
Since I was gone all day, I packed this filling lunch.
- Broccoli, peppers, and carrots
- Hummus
- Pears
- A Kids Z bar
And then I ate it in my car.
