Summer is going to be here and gone, and we’ll have never had a warm day. I’m getting over this inside stuff.
Between lunch and dinner, I had a few graham crackers. Because they were there, and because my sister in law was over and her kids were snacking on some. I really like graham crackers, so its good when I don’t buy them too often.
Then she gave me the idea for dinner. I made corn/potato chowder. But it was super easy. I used a bag of frozen hash browns, frozen corn, and then made a creamy sauce just by using water/ half and half and corn starch. OK, this was a really starchy soup. But really good. I’m ready for some greens tomorrow.
