I only had about 1200 calories by the end of the day, and I gained a half a pound. Lame! I actually think, according to what I ate, it seemed like more of a typical day for me than my 2600 calorie day. So, maybe I really am not eating enough. Well, probably enough food, but maybe not enough of the right food, and maybe with all the exercise I get in, maybe I really need to strive for 1500 calories. rev up the metabolism you know.
