Thursday- Body for Life

I woke up kind of late (but Wed night I have that late class, so I need to sleep in a little..) Was up at 7am and ate right away:

You can’t really tell because of the bad morning light, but Oatmeal with strawberries and milk, banana, and egg whites.

DSC_1660 Then a stupid long 11 mile run!  Actually, it wasn’t that bad. We’re getting better at it.

DSC_1667 During the run was meal 2, half a protein bar. It wasn’t very good.

Right after the run, a bunch of edamame, whole wheat tortilla wrap with the ham from last night and spinach.

DSC_1669 About 2:00 was when I started to get busy, so I scarfed down some peaches and cottage cheese:

DSC_1672 Then at 5:00 I tried to have a salad with the ham on top.  But it wasn’t quite enough for me. I was still hungry, so I added corn and and orange.

DSC_1673 DSC_1676 Whew! I’m super super tired.  I want to go to sleep, but I have a huge test tomorrow.  So I feel like I have to study for Hours and hours!  I’m so done with this semester! 4 more weeks! 

Tomorrow, upper body weights!
