So, my camera was out of batteries today, so no photos.  Sorry.  But this way I will tempt no one with taffy or granola bars:)  Actually… I didn’t have a granola bar today! Hooray, but I did eat taffy.

5:00am Lower body workout.  It was great.  A bunch of walking lunges, squats, leg presses, and abs.  Also about 40 minutes cardio.

7:30  Egg whites, mushrooms, feta cheese, and Ezekial bread (this loaf has lasted me forever!!)

11:00Cottage cheese pancakes AGAIN! These will never get old.  Plus a roll from last night.. mmmm.

2:00protein bar and 3 taffy’s

3:00 apple’s and peanut butter

5:00 Mashed sweet potatoes and some ham.  I cooked a ham all day in the crock pot.  Normally, I do not eat ham.  But the pig was local, organic. I knew he was fed well, and he was very lean. 

Anyway, till tomorrow.
